Your content
Only upload content you are allowed to use. You retain responsibility for source images and for how generated files are used, shared or printed.
Credits and subscriptions
A generation consumes the number of credits shown before confirmation. Paid plans and credit purchases are processed by Stripe under the price and renewal terms shown at checkout.
Cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions can be cancelled from the billing portal and remain active until the end of the paid period. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, used credits and completed digital services are not refundable. Contact us promptly for duplicate charges or a service that was not delivered.
Service availability
3D generation is computational and may fail. When the product confirms an eligible technical failure, the corresponding credit is returned.
Public models
Sharing is optional. Public models, previews and descriptive pages can be accessed and indexed on the web until you make the model private.
